Follow these instructions to get a complete uninstall
of Advanced Speed Typing. Otherwise you will have to 
remove the directories and icons manually. 

To uninstall Advanced Speed, you should first delete
these files from the Advanced Speed default directory 
(C:\Program Files\Advanced Speed Typing\AST 98 1.1),
or else from whatever other directory you chose to
install the program in. (You can use the "Windows
Explorer" -- not to be confusedwith "Internet Explorer"
--to locate and remove these files.)

Delete:
Name.dat   -- (holds names of all users)
Charts.dat -- (created for all users)

Note: if you added any other files to the Advanced Speed
program directory, then you will have to remove these 
also.

After this, click the Windows 95 "Start" button and then 
select "Settings/Control Panel".  Once Control Panel is 
open, double click the "Add/Remove Programs" icon. After 
the "Add/Remove Programs Properties" window is open, 
select the "Install/Uninstall" tab at the top. Now click 
on "Advanced Speed Typing 98 v1.1" in the list box to
highlight it, and select the "Add/Remove..." programs
button to the lower right. When the dialog box opens,
confirm that you want to remove the program by clicking
the "Yes" button.  The uninstall program will now run
and completely remove all Advanced Speed files, 
directories, and icons.
